POP3 not working anymore... IMAP OK

Dear All,

We have an odd problem.

IMAP works well, but VM-POP3 does'nt show any mail.

When we receive mails, we can check and see it with our standard mail client, but with pop3 it's does'nt work.
Password check is ok , but the mailibox seems to be empty.
On the server mail a present, but vm-pop3d don't see it.

We are on FC3, using vm-pop3d POP3 Server Version 1.1.7f-T6-DA

Hi,

we had the same problem on one of our servers. A reinstall of exim solved the problem. Just try

wget http://files.directadmin.com/services/da_exim-4.52-1.src.rpm
rpm -ivh da_exim-4.52-1.src.rpm
cd /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
rpmbuild -bb exim.spec
cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386
rpm -Uvh --force --nodeps da_exim-4.52-1.i386.rpm
service exim restart

Hi, that fix you posted didn't work for me well it came up with a a missing file error when doing the rpmbuild but this problem is on going in this thread:
