possible EXIM bug...need help

system RH9, EXIM 4.24

I use a piece of software called SendStudio from Interspire. Good product. Seems there is a problem sending HTML messages with this program with EXIM.

This LINK talks about the exact problem we are having. This is somewhat urgent as I have some really mad users because the messages are not sending.

Can a EXIM expert take a look at this and help me resolve the problem?

I'd post the problem (in the same detail you posted here) to the exim-users list you can subscribe to at exim.org.
