I noticed a potential issue related to subdomain creation.
When creating a subdomain and selecting the option to use a custom directory, if that directory points to a folder already used by an existing domain, the system appears to overwrite at least the current index.htm file of that domain. As a result, visiting the original domain may display the subdomain placeholder page instead of the site’s real index page. I’m not sure if other files could also be affected.
It might be safer if the system only places the default subdomain placeholder index file when the specified directory does not already exist.
