Prevent excessive spam on server

How to prevent excessive spam from other users sending mails through my servers. Today i received complains about spam and when i went to mail queue i see what i see, someone is sending ALOT of emails through my server and their domain is not registered on server, neither i host that website on server.

I suggest you to use SpamBlocker 4

And check the header if have the X-PHP line that should point you to the website that should have been hacked...

I think i found problem, one of the email accounts has same password as username and it was easily breached. All mails was from his account through smtp server.

I have allready installed Spamassassin, will SpamBlocker 4 work with spamassassin or i have to uninstall it, whats better to have spamassassin or spamblocker ?

spamblocker is just a customized exim.conf file, work perfectly with spamassassin and clamav.
