Prevent user from modifying a domain

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a user from modifying a domain in Dashboard->Domain management->Modify Domain ??
Actually, how do I completely prevent a user from accessing "Domain Management" from the Dashboard??

I see a situation where a user is able to modify domain bandwidth and disk usage, which is something quite undesirable.

The user can modify bandwidth and disk usage only for the domain and only within the user limits that you set. If you set the user to 10 GB the user cannot then set the domain to have 100 GB.
