problem about spam mail

Hi all,

I setup a mail server for my client am using direct admin and use spamassassin for spam filtering.
Recently reported by my client, many useful mails filtered by spamassassin.
And i have checked that is normal email content only, no attachment, no keywords about spam mail.
Does anyone knows why it happen?
Should i try to upgrade the spamassassin?

You could try making the threshold higher. There are settings that allow spam-marked emails to still be delivered in the config. I think this is quite normal - as spamassassin needs to "learn".

Also if you check the headers it should tell you exactly why it scored high.
