where is the problem ?

Probably the system could not connect to the ftp server.
If you have a separate ftp server check this first.

May be your firewall closed the port, Or your FTP server has problem. I recommend you to contact to your Data Center

It's a disk with ncftp , i send email in OVH

The default ftp port is 21.
The message means that you can't connect to the ftp server.

ok, but the problem is in the csf, IPv4 have port 20 and 21 IPv6 not.
I change and now it's good. Just a error with a account.
