Hello, I have an issue with a dealer. He is Swiss and unable to ccess the site (admin) connection delays too long, he no longer sees the sites on the server too, or is the problem?

If he can't ever reach your server anymore but once could, than it's likely he's triggered a firewall block of his IP#. We have this from time to time (most recently this morning) usually due to users changing an email password and getting it wrong, and then automatically retrying incorrect passwords over and over until the Fail2Ban or LFD on your server wll block the origin IP#.
If your user can reach your server sometimes but not all the time, then the problem is likely internet connectivity. You hint (but don't come out and say) that your user is in Switzerland, but you don't say where your server is located. But you may want to do some traceroutes between your server and his machine.
