we rent a new dedicated server (in soyoustart) since january, and his IP is in the list of blocked for sending e-mails by two Dnsbl. They do not allow to send messages to our customers and interfere with our work for our business.

Of course our server never sent SPAM (and it is not SMTP relay too)

But our SMTP server is blocked since January by

http://www.dnsblchile.org (137.240.69.158.dnsblchile.org)
http://spamgrouper.to/ (137.240.69.158.netblockbl.spamgrouper.to)

We can not send emails to some customers.
We contacted this 2 DNSBL by email

We have do delist request but we received only Answers copy-paste without delving into the essence of the problem at all
Many times we sent a request to the site to unlock, there is no result

Here it is : http://multirbl.valli.org/dnsbl-lookup/158.69.240.137.html

Hello,

I'm not sure how can we help you with it. If you are looking for a piece of advice, here are several ways to solve the issue:

1. Try to delist IP
2. Try and get another IPs from OVH/soyoustart to replace existing.
3. Buy another extra IPs from OVH/soyoustart, and configure exim to send emails from it.
4. Use a paid or free 3rd party SMTP service for sending emails
5. Rent a small VPS from another company and configure exim to use the VPS as smart host.
