Problem login server and DA after updete license

Hi..
Yesterday after update DA license manually my server is everything ok ,but few hours ping is down and all of login account is Fails!!!
when login with Shh server ping is down .
Plz Help urgency!!
 
Hello,

The details you provided are not sufficient to identify a reason of the issue. Hardly it is related to DA license update. Probably your IP was banned on server's firewall?

If SSH access fails you need IPKVM, IPMI or virtual console access.
