problem via A record

hi. I new in directAdmin and server Config.

i have one server that install directAdmin. ip this server is : 178.63.187.102
from enother server i have a domain that connect to my server. ip this server is: 185.50.37.201

i create one subdomain in 185.50.37.201 and set A record for subdomain this ip: 178.63.187.102

its successfuly connected to my server (178.63.187.102)

but sometimes when ping from subdomain not give my server ip. and not showing my site.

i have multi subdomain from diffrent server ip . all work successfuly. but this server (185.50.37.201) has this problem.
plzz help me.

yes all things is ok!

so i think its my cache dns . now not problem.
