Problem with Backups in FTP

Hi , I want to use an FTP server to make a full backup . i do this and directadmin say : Backups added to Queue but backup not generate in ftp server !

Which specific DirectAdmin backup system are you using?

User Level Backup, Reseller Level Backup, Admin Level Reseller Backup, or System Backup?

Are you getting any error message in Admin level Reseller level or user level message system?

Admin level has two different kinds of backups available:

Admin Backup/Transfer
and
System Backup

Which one?

And ...

Do you have crond installed and running?

ps aux | grep -v grep | grep cron

it after run backup not message for complete backup.

After you start the backup, if you re-navigate to the Admin Level Reseller Backup page do you see a notice at the top that it's running?

And:

If you try a local backup does it work?
