problem with CMD_API_SHOW_USER_CONFIG

I think that CMD_API_SHOW_USER_CONFIG must NOT work at User level
But it works!

Why should it not be displayed? All the information that is in that config is already displayed just in a more user freindly format

Because this API for admin level (for ex. informarion about account's creator)

For ex. when I try CMD_API_SHOW_USER_USAGE or
CMD_API_SHOW_USER_DOMAINS:

"The request you've made cannot be executed because it does not exist in your authority level"
