problem with enabling ftp

hello

i don't know in which part i should but my case

i can't enable ftp with the right user & pass



* JFTP::login: Unable to login
* JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed
* JFTP::write: Bad response
* JFTP::delete: Bad response



so i can't upload any model or plugin using joomla administrator

it show me this messege

# TP::login: Unable to login
# JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed
# JFolder::create: Could not create directory
# Unable to write entry

how i can repair this
or is there any way to upload modules or plugins
without joomla administrator

what is your ftp service ? proftpd? pure-ftpd ?

User h.cobra.h doesn't appear to be using an ftp client, but rather a joomla service.
