Problem with installing APF, cannot login via SSH

Hi,

Today my server got a massive dos attack and i installed APF, but my SSH port was not default port (not 22) and now it blocks me form signing in via SSH.

I can login in to DirectAdmin panel but cannot login in via SSH.

Is there any way to send command lines or change the SSH port from DirectAdmin?

I need help asap

i think you can edit sshd_config from directadmin and put ssh on standard port so you will be able to log into your box via ssh and modify the firewall for open the port you wanna use for ssh.

Thanks, David. I was using the Files icon, which won't let you do it.

However, I must say that I believe allowing those files to be edited in the File Editor can be a security risk; I highly recommend using only Secure admin login to the control panel unless this can be disbled. Can it be disabled?

There is a file somewhere in /usr/local/directadmin that contains the files that can be edited. sshd_config is among the default files that can be edited. You can add or delete any files there.
