Problem with Outlook, cannot send mail

Hi, I have problem sending email from outlook (receiving mail is fine). The email stuck at 'outbox' and does not get sent. However, I still can send email from other service like blackberry but not the outlook. Please help. Thank you.

There is another post with similar problem below and I tried the solution suggested, changing SMTP port from 25 to 587, but still does not work.

Have you properly set up plain-text authentication? We've had some outlook-using clients with problems, but they've always been able to get it working with plain-text authentication on port 587.
