Problem with outlook express 2010

Hi, I have a problem with the configuration of outlook express 2010. Indeed i would like to synchronise all created mail adresses hosted in Direct Admin with OUTLOOK express 2010 in such a way that, each user can send or receive mail from from both client mail;During the configuration of outlook; I select this couple POP3/SMTP. the incoming server is POP3 as i used and the outgoing server is SMTP, but when I click on test account setting, the connection with outgoing server (SMTP) succeed but failed with incoming server (POP3). I would like to know what is the problem. how can I solved it.

OUTLOOK express 2010

I presume you mean outlook 2010, because there is no Outlook Express 2010. Outlook Express was the default mail program in Windows versions older then Windows Vista.
If you have a problem with incoming mail, you will get an error message from Outlook. With that you can figure out what the problem is, probably a wrong password, only username as accountname instead of the full email addres or something else.
