Hello,
I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble accessing DirectAdmin and receiving emails from my domain, and I’m hoping you can help me resolve these issues.
When I try to open the DirectAdmin page, Safari eventually shows an error saying it can’t load the page because the server isn’t responding. At the same time, I’m not receiving any emails in my configured mail accounts — although messages do appear correctly in webmail. Additionally, I can’t update my website from Sparkle, as the upload process also fails with an error.
I’ve verified the connection details, password, PIN, and DirectAdmin address, and everything seems correct. I’ve also contacted my hosting provider and DirectAdmin support, but they couldn’t find any issues on their end. They suggested I contact you, as the problem might be related to Cloudflare.
I use Cloudflare for DNS management and proxying, and I haven’t made any recent changes to its settings, so I’m not sure why this issue started. Could you please help me identify and fix the problem?
