I'm tring to restore some users from a server to another server.
I uploaded the files correctly and tried restoring the files without success:
Subject: An error occurred during the restore. Today at 00:07
File does not exist or you don't have access to file /home/admin/admin_backups/user.admin.xxxx.tar.gz
Admin restore and reseller gives the same error.
Directadmin open an account, but stops before assigning the domain name to the user.
The files exists and with the right permissions.
btw, the admin account restore works, but any reseller/user account does not.
