Process Monitor and log viewer error

Hi.
There is a problem that i am not able to see exact process creating problem or causing high loadin process manager only seeing /usr/sbin/httpd -k start -DSSL with high load.

Also when i try to check it via access logs of nginx or apache , apache is not showing any access log and nginx logs are unable to give me any info. that what files are being accessed to generate high load. please tell me how to handle situation?
