Protect a directory

Hello, i have a big problem that i hope you solve me.
I have 2 ftp account, one for the admin and the other one for a guy that manage the entire site, graphics, media etc.
I put one directory with sensible data in the root folder, i set the permission to 700, only for me (admin) but when i try to log in with the other account i'm capable to view the content.
I have created the second account by the control panel and set it to account ftp on root folder .. like a picture in attachment .

Hello,

You should give to the second account something like

/home/username/domains

if you have

/home/username/private

directory, which you want to keep secured and hidden from additional FTP user's account.
