Looks to me the domain is not pointing to the correct nameservers or hosting, otherwise said, looks like the domain is pointing to another public_html.
In first instance you have to contact your hoster about this.

yeah.. looks like you've got an issue connecting your site to your host provider.
Make the IP listed here match the listed IP address for the 'A' record here.
You do that by telling the registrar to point your domain to the name servers your host provided you. Looks like you've kind of sort of done that but the cloudfare isn't routing it right.
Just a bit of DNS work really and your site will be working in now time!

She should not need to do DNS work. Normally Vimexx is doing that all automatically, they got a very nice system for that.
So I might help her or she has to contact Vimexx support.
