I don't want to create new topic so I ask here. When I resend welcome E-Mail to user, he don't see password (irretrievable). It;s possible to display actual password ?

No, you should create a new one password. Passwords in Linux are one-way encoded.

You can find the file also (from reseller to (end-)user) in /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/<resellername>/u_welcome.txt.
From Administrator to Reseller it will be in /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/r_welcome.txt.
