quick fyi about apc and php 5.4.4

for some reason I could not get apc (3.0.9 or 3.0.10) to work on php 5.4.4 with apache 2.2.22.
it just reported (the test page) apc not running no matter how many times I compiled it, etc.

update apache to 2.4.2 and it seems to work fine.

odd..but thought the info may help someone.
