Quota issues

Quota show the user used around 9G data, but we checked only 5.4G by du -h.

it's case by tmp folder from backup~

run find command from console to find files owned by this user, maybe there are few backups in another account (admin/tmp/backup dirs)

Already solved, a third-party backup plugin was also calculating the user's fee when the user belonged to what is not real, since it should not be so.
