Quota Limit Reach with 357 GB available?

Server stats shows:

/dev/nvme0n1p3 910.44 GB (Size) 506.85 GB (Used) 357.27 GB (Available)

When I try to upload a file, to a user account that has infinit quota, it gives me a message that quota limit reached. I don't know is going on. The inode limit is infinite on that user too. The file uploaded is only 26.8MB. This is on AlmaLinux 8.

I have no resellers and the accounts were created by Admin. I deleted the account and remade it with the same package and everything is fine now. I checked in the console and admin and the new account have no quotas. I don't know what happened. If I ever see it happen again, I will check in console. Thanks!
