rapidSSL on directadmin user?!

Hello,

When we input the details i.e. the country, state, province etc, it should generate both the CSR and the Private key but at the moment DirectAdmin generates only the CSR !!
our question is why not directadmin generates the private key ?!

This has nothing to do with RapidSSL.

Obviously DirectAdmin either creates or uses a pre-existing private key; it can't create the CSR without having a private key.

Are you saying that the private key doesn't exist in the window under the header Paste a pre-generated certificate and key[/]?

It should. If it doesn't, then you may have a permissions problem on the file it's trying to write to.
