RBL filtering

Hi,

On the following page there is a hwoto to scan de mail with the realtime blocklists:

But when I disable some RBL's like BSAL in the exim.conf is seems that that have no effect.
The mails still be blocked by BSAL..

I want only use Spamcob en Spamhouse, not all other RBL'S
All other RBL's are to heave and blocked to many mail..

Howto do this?

Did you restart the mail server after editing exim.conf?

Typing:

service exim restart

has no effect.
