I've been getting this report from directadmin for some time now.

All exim, spamassasin, firewall services are active.
The post office works.
 
Timeouts mostly mean that no connection can be made, that is mostly not a DA case for external sites.

Check the "Blocked users" section here on the bottom of the page and if needed use the contact option linked to there.

I don't even understand what the problem is
I haven't received an email from them either. I also checked the spam list in DA and there is no such address.
 
Still, you should contact them initially.

Maybe some ports you need are closed in CSF, you could check.
Also, exactly where do you get such kind of graphic report from DA? Something like that is not known to me yet.

Some things which might be part of the problem... your DNS servers are not configured correctly.

Also it's not wise to use mail.domain.com as a hostname, this will most likely cause issues, you better change it.
 
I fixed the nameservers and now I'll wait for them to become public and tomorrow I'll see if that was the main problem.

Let's hope so. As for the tip, you're welcome.
If it doesn't work correctly after the nameservers are synched, then you have to check logfiles to see why timeout happens.

Also in the Terms of Service I found that you can not use a public DNS:
Do NOT use a free DNS service for queries. Use your provider's or your own DNS service.
So the first entry in your /etc/resolv.conf should not be Google's or Cloudlfare DNS or something like that if I understand correctly.
