Usually, I check in /var/log/exim/ But I notice sometimes it doesn't contain all the log. For example, opening a queued email in DirectAdmin, I can see this in log

2026-01-22 09:03:04 Received from sender-email H=(sender-server) [sender-ip] P=esmtpsa X=TLS1.3:TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256 A=plain:sender-email S=31078 T="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
2026-01-22 09:03:04 [email protected] R=spamexperts_smarthost_router T=spamexperts_smarthost_transport defer (-54): retry time not reached for any host for 'gmail.com'
2026-01-22 09:03:04 [email protected] R=spamexperts_smarthost_router T=spamexperts_smarthost_transport defer (-54): retry time not reached for any host for 'gmail.com'

But checking in /var/log/exim/mainlog, I only see this

2026-01-22 09:03:04 xxxxxx-0000000CDZz-27A0 <= sender-email H=(sender-server) [sender-ip] P=esmtpsa X=TLS1.3:TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256 A=plain:sender-email S=31078 T="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" from <sender-email> for [email protected] [email protected]
2026-01-22 09:03:04 cwd=/var/spool/exim 3 args: /usr/sbin/exim -Mc xxxxxx-0000000CDZz-27A0

Paniclog and rejectlog doesn't have any related information. Where does DA save extra log?
Thanks.

Except for the maillog as far as I know there is no extra log. Normally the message you see in the first log is shown in the mainlog too, but since you're sending via Spamexperts, that part might be in their mailserver log and thus not showing up in your Exim as your Exim delivered it to spamexperts successfully.

Just a throught, I'm not 100% sure about this.

No, the emails are still in DA queue messages. That's why I mentioned about opening a queued email in DA. They are not delivered to SpamExperts yet.
