I am currently evaluating backup solutions for my DirectAdmin environment and would appreciate recommendations from experienced users.
My goal is to implement a comprehensive backup strategy that covers both end users and server administration.
Ideally, users should have the ability to create and manage backups for individual instances, such as:
I already make use of external backup solutions on the server side, so basic off-server backup storage is covered. However, I would be very interested in a combined solution that integrates both user-level and administrator-level backup management within a single ecosystem.
Another important factor is pricing. Naturally, we all prefer to keep costs reasonable. I am looking for a solution that scales across all existing and future users without requiring an additional license or subscription fee for every individual user account.
What backup solutions or DirectAdmin integrations would you recommend for this type of setup? I would especially appreciate feedback from anyone running larger multi-user environments.

- Full server backups
- Individual user backups
- Backups of specific users including all associated domains, subdomains, databases, emails, and settings
- Easy restore options on different levels (server, user, domain, subdomain)
