Redirect Subdomain via CNAME?

Hi, I am trying to redirect a subdomain to a CDN.

This works currently:
images.mydomain.com >> http://cdn112.mycdn.com

However I would like to have:
images.media.mydomain.com >> http://cdn112.mycdn.com

I entered images.media in to the field under DNS Management for a CNAME, however it does not redirect. Any suggestions?

Have you put the dot at the end of cname?

Make a screen of your DNS Setup, at least the CNAME part is enough.

Ignore me....

I completely forgot the domain i'm using I'm actually using ZoneEdit for the DNS not the DirectAdmin DNS options. So naturally my updates aren't reflected. It's only taken me a few days of overseeing this to finally work it out
