Redis, when selecting it as a package option and saving, auto-deselects upon save. How to add it to a package?

Quite frustrating, out of our DA servers there is one that is just being a stubborn pain.

Setup:

CloudLinux / LiteSpeed / DirectAdmin

We create a 'reseller' on each of our servers, which is just us.

This reseller package has redis selected.

The user packages have redis selected.

But when going to the user view, logged in as a user... No redis option.

Go back and check packages, and redis is not selected. Select it, save. Repeat the process above. It keeps deselecting but no error is given as to why.

I've reinstalled redis and the redis PHP module yet this issue persists.

Any ideas?

It "just worked" as expected on other installs. Not sure why this one in particular is being a PITA. All servers are up to date, running the latest versions of everything.

EDIT: For what it's worth, I've just reinstalled/rebuilt redis and the associated PHP module. The reseller user we use for ourselves has redis selected and it's staying selected within it's package.... However any/all packages that we try to select redis for under it fails. No errors. Just select redis as an option, save, go back and view the package and it's unselected again.

I believe I have the same issue on one of the servers here, and I posted about it somewhere on the forums. Anyway I ended up with a manual modification of files in CLI (SSH). As of your case you might open a ticket with DA and let them troubleshoot it.
