reseller account (internal licenses) and wire transfer payments

Our customers are currently using DA on our premises:

1. We would like to switch to reseller contract and get discounted licenses for our customers.

2. At the same time it's not convenient for us to pay for DA licenses with a credit card and we would like to use wire-transfers as a payment method for our licenses.

Please advise how to proceed with those tasks. Many thanks!
