Reseller IP Assignments

Been looking for the correct solution for this, but so far have come up empty. On all of our resellers in cPanel we had it so they could only assign their users to the main IP of their reseller account. So far I have assigned the IP to the reseller and it still has them create all of their accounts on the server shared IP. Whats steps do you carry out to get this to work properly, I know you have to be able to do it from within DA.

When you create a package for reseller accounts, at the bottom is the following option:
"Allow Reseller to create sites with server IP"

Make sure that isn't checked off.

I don't think that's the answer because I think the question was how to enable the reseller to use his own dedicated IP for new users.

The answer to that is for the reseller to set the IP# as shared.

Reseller login, IP Management, Share Selected.

That is what I did on a test reseller and it didn't allow it still. I am missing something in here somewhere, now that the support tickets are dying down from the move I can delv into the details a little deeper.
