I am about going crazy! here is my problem, it seems quite simple, but I spent the last 10 hours to solve it without any success.
I am selling reseller accounts with 2 IPs. The reseller got 2 IP and create name servers using the couple of IP.
Everything work but :
the reseller can't use use it's very own domain name to host its very own website.
Because this message :
"
This IP is being shared among many domains.
To view the domain you are looking for, simply enter the domain name in the location bar of your web browser."
Yes the reseller got this message when he types his URL.
When he tries to create an account for his domain name, he can't because the system says that this domain name is already in the server.
So, please, if you know ho to solve this problem and create a reseller with working website, please reply to this post.
