reseller ip issue

Hi To All

login to reseller account > IP Management > here is only one it is main server ip with Status "server" where is reseller ip?

in admin level I have ip Status "shared" and it is assign to reseller

what is issue?

Hello,

Just check and make sure you've got assigned to the reseller IPs here in the file:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/<RESELLER_NAME>/ip.list

if you don't, then add them manually. That's it.
