reseller Without Domain?

I'm a new user of DirectAdmin, I chose it as my control panel for my new VPS. Previously, like a lot of people, I used the WHM/cPanel software.

My fiance and I are sharing the VPS. I just split the bandwidth and disk space in half and created a reseller account for each of us. This is where my question comes in.

With WHM, you could create a reseller account without having to specify an actual domain name. I'm not seeing that as a possibility in DirectAdmin. When you create a reseller, leaving the domain name field blank isn't allowed.

In short, I'd like, from the admin login, be able to see "her reseller" and "his reseller." (I realize under "show all users" it will show all domains in the VPS.) Then, each of our domains will be listed as separate users inside our own reseller account.

If this isn't possible, can anyone tell me where I can manage the specifics for the main domain for each reseller account? For example, when logged into my reseller account, I can see another domain I've added as a separate user, but nowhere do I see a place to click on the "main" reseller domain to change the amount of disk space, etc, that I wish to allot to that particular domain name, in relation to the total amount of resources allowed to the reseller account.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Unfortunately with a little more research I have answered my own question.

I really like DirectAdmin, but in WHM you could create a reseller without assigning a domain name to it, and if you did have a "main domain" you could see that domain in your WHM control panel along side the others to decide how much of the resources were used for that domain as well as any others in the account. With DirectAdmin it's simply "this is what you have" and anything left over not being used by other domains is defaulted to the main domain in the account.

Bummer. :(

Create it with a subdomain of your domain; for example username.example.com, then once the user is created, delete the domain.

But don't forget to change the reseller from address if it was to that domain, so email will go out from a reachable address.
