Resource Limits won't work

Hello everyone,
As you already know in new directadmin release, we have the resource limits feature that we can limit resources per user without using cloud Linux.
I set 200% for cpu quota for specific user . but I see this limitation doesnt work well . you can see in the attachment , that this user pass his cpu quota and directadmin didn't limit this user.

Are you sure it wasn't a temporary spike? I'd suggest opening a ticket if you're sure it doesn't get limited (it should be limited though).

yes , I'm sure .
actually I did a load test to the specific site on the server (JMeter - Only get request) . I expected to only use 2 cores but I see nearly all my server's cores are busy .
I continued test for five minutes but still use all my cores.

Was php recompiled after? What’s your php mode?
