It's possible to restore an account with admin generate backup as reseller ?

I have a directadmin where I'm the admin and a reseller account in other hosting.

Can I migrate site from my server to the reseller account on a easy way ?

Yes, just login on your Directadmin server as admin and change to user level (clikc user right upper side in grid display) and create user backup there but skip the ftp accounts.

Then FTP your backup you just created to your reseller hosting under your backups directory, not your user_backups directory.
After that login to your reseller account, then also switch to user level, and import the backup again.
 
If you don't want everything under the admin account, then you have to make a choice.

Either use the above method and delete again what you dont want.

Or otherwise, for a domain, just create the domain on the reseller hosting.
Transfer all files from the domain to the domains public_html on the reseller hosting.
If a database is used, create a database backup and import that again in your reseller hosting as user.
Don't forget to change the DNS for the domain.
 
How do I restore account and or reset main password after the first login. Meaning I have access to Bitrevel but, I have the wrong password in my LastPass and failed to make notes, So, I would be very grateful if there was someone who could assist and get me back into account so I can change password.
