Restore backup, but only email accounts

I had a problem with my e-mail accounts. So my webhosting provider fixed this, but de mailaccount logins must be created again. I have a backup with alle the accounts, because it is from a few days ago, but I don't want to restore the whole user account, only the mail accounts of the user account.

Hoe can I do that?

You cant its all or nothing. Of course you cold always untar the backup and copy everything manually to where it is supposed to go.
