restore fail

I have backup a user from Reseller Level and ftp to another DA success.
but on another DA , I try to restore it , when I active the work , DA just give me a message ..

I am wait a few hour , no any queue work , how to check that..

At first go to Message System and check it. If you can't find any message regarding
this try to do the restore again, login to the console and
try to run this command : /usr/local/directadmin/dataskd d

Make sure that the cron system is working as it should too. You should see a cron or crond process. Check /var/log/cron or /var/log/crontab to make sure it has entrys.
