Retrieving [email protected] password

I was forwarding my emails.. with no problem. I decided to set up Outlook Express.. but can't figure out what my admin email password is..and can't figure out where to go to find it.
I can't change it..without knowing old one.

I downloaded the "settings".. but when I go to "Import" in Outlook.. it's looking for a different file type.

Any suggestions.

When you are logged in as admin simply go to the Admin page and instead of clicking on the Password icon at the top of the page, click on the "Change Passwords" link under Server Management and you should be able to change it there...
