root emails

Take care you have both the latest exim and exim.conf version (4.5 or something like that) to start with.

Check your logs why the mail is not send if you are using the .forward file.

Another option is to edit the /etc/aliases file, on the bottom write:
root: [email protected]
save and close, run newaliases command from commandline maybe also restart Exim.

Is it working then?

Sorry, admin@mydomain does not in account , i' have set and server rum fine Thankyou!

I guess you may have admin listed in /etc/virtual/hostbrsto.online/passwd and /etc/virtual/hostbrsto.online/aliases :) Is that true?

In /etc/virtual/hostbrsto.online/aliases

hostbr: hostbr
*: :fail:

Do you have it listed in /etc/virtual/hostbrsto.online/passwd too ?

Thanks for the feedback, what happened was that the emails coming from root @ ... were stuck in the email queue, I added in et / aliases my private email to receive the emails coming from root @ ... but they didn't arrive they were still stuck in the email queue, I had forgotten to add my private email to my hostbrsto.online domain account, I did this and solved it. I have no password at all in the file that you cited only the content below
hostbr: hostbr
*: :fail:
