Roundcube exploit

Related to this thread (which is a bit old)... I've read the solution for the options.conf but I have the impression there is a bug in there.

My options.conf says:

#Web applications
phpmyadmin=yes
squirrelmail=yes
roundcube=yes
uebimiau=no

However, the uebimiau webmail -is- present in directadmin AND is working.
How can this be?

rm -rf /var/www/html/webmail

This would disable the possibility to do webmail by accessing http://domain.com/webmail i guess? And that is not what I wanted.
I would like to have squirrelmail there, is that possible?

ln -s /var/www/html/squirrelmail /var/www/html/webmail
