Roundcube - Import contacts

Hello, I am migrating my accounts from cPanel server to DA server.
Some clients complains the contacts inside roundcube disappeared/are missing.
So, I am making a full backup from the cPanel server, then I restore inside the DA panel.

Does anyone have this issue? Does anyone know how to import the contacts that are inside roundcube? Once the DA is not restoring the contacts from a cpanel full backup?

Might not be in the backup depending on how your cpanel server is set up.

How-to: cPanel to DA migration

(Tried to edit my previous post to include...) Do we just rename the file and continue? Yes, rename should work, the contents are the same with cpmove files.
