Good morning everyone, I have a problem with only one hosting account that today has a total of 8 GB of used disk space and 80% of this space is related to emails that the user keeps in their roudcube accounts, the problem is that currently when trying to send an email from your main account that is around 6 GB of used space (email account) roudcube tries to send and or reply to a message but it will not only be showing sending message!
 
I ' have send test in client account web mail and read logs in exim!
 
Good afternoon, email accounts have daily sending limits of 300 emails, I ask? if the customer exceeds this limit in the DA does his account freeze and does not send? would this be the problem? pencil only happens on a single account.
 
Thank you, in your opinion what would be an ideal configuration for sending that does not generate spam? recommended!
 
Well it really a moving target but 300 is plenty. 12 X 60=720. 720 would be 1 email every minute of the 12 hour period. Assuming the sleep or its not some around the clock automation. You might look and see it the mail queue is actually holding email maybe check at the end or beginning of the work day. I also would say having more than a gig of email is out there. The user needs to clean all of that up but that is me.
