Second email address ticket system

Just a simple question.
In the admin ticket system, we can put an email address.
But suppose you want to send only this ticket mails to another person, for example the system administrator, is it possible to add an email address?

I tried doing it like this:
[email protected],[email protected]

but this did not work.
 
I would just make a forwarder and use that as the address.
 
Create a completely new address and use it just for ticket system emails, and then forward that to whomever you want.

Thanks for the tip, but that is not the intention and not how it should be.
An admin should not have to make a seperate email adres just to be able to forward tickets to himself and an external support person.
It should be possible to put more email addresses in there.
For example [email protected];[email protected] like mail clients do that.

Seems that is not possible strange enough, so I will put in a suggestion for it.
