Hello,
This may sound like an easy question and I could just try it, but I prefer to ask first so my users don't receive the same message twice, or not at all...
I'm going to convert my servers to Dovecot over the weekend, and I want to warn all my users about the server being down during this period and a brief summary of what it will mean to them in terms of advantages. The DirectAdmin online documentation indicates that I can use the ticket system to send a message to all users, but by "all users" does it mean:
1) The ONE email address namely specified in the "User" panel of each domain, the panel where it shows the domain name and the enabled features (like ftp, ssh, etc) for the domain,
OR
2) All email accounts created in each individual domain hosted on the server.
What I need is option #2, all EMAILS created on the server, not only all USERS.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.
