As Zhenyapan explain, there is no need for that, those are already present.how do you think about changing the default exim port from 25 to anything else?
However, mailservers (so Exim) communicate by default on port 25 with each other. So yes you would be able to send out mail via port 587, but that is limited to email clients who can define outgoing ports to send.
System mails will be send out via port 25 as far as I know. And ofcourse you need incoming port 25 open anyway.
